On the morning of March 19th, the reporter entered the construction site of Jiangsu Bohuan Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. located in Hongxing Industrial Park, Xingqiao Town, Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province. At the construction site, the scorching hot scene is exciting, some workers are slotting, some workers are pouring, and some workers are installing lights and laying gas pipes, everyone is very busy for the company construction.
“As soon as the Spring Festival holiday was over, we organized construction workers to grab sunny days, take advantage of rain gaps, rush to catch up with the construction period, and strive to start production by the end of August.” Liu Youcheng, the project manager of BOOTEC, told the reporter while checking the construction quality. At the construction site of the BOOTEC, the reporter met Wu Jiangao, the deputy general manager of the company who was inspecting the construction safety. He told the reporter that Jiangsu Bohuan Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jiangsu BOOTEC Engineering Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2011 in Shengliqiao Industrial Park, Changdang Town. It is a group operation enterprise with 5 subsidiaries and a total asset of nearly 200 million yuan. It is mainly committed to the environmental protection industry. At present, it is in the leading position in the national ranking in the subdivision of municipal solid waste incineration for power generation.
According to Zhu Chenyin, chairman of Jiangsu BOOTEC Engineering Co., Ltd., in August last year, BOOTEC invested 220 million yuan in the Xingqiao Town, to build Bohuan conveying equipment project, of which equipment investment was 65 million yuan, Requisitioned land of 110 acres, newly built standard factory buildings and their ancillary facilities with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters, newly purchased shot blasting machines, leveling machines, laser blanking and cutting machines, welding robots, electric welding machines, hydraulic cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines and painting booths, etc. There are more than 120 sets production equipment. After the project is completed, it can produce 3,000 sets of conveying equipment per year. It is estimated that the annual billing sales will be 240 million yuan, and the profit and tax will be 12 million yuan.”
“Our new Bohuan conveying equipment project has three major advantages. First, the equipment is domestically leading. The project is benchmarked against well-known Italian products, and the production equipment is highly automated. Second, the output scale is huge. After the project is completed, it will become the largest conveying equipment（Scraper conveyor） production plant in China.; third, the products are used in large-scale projects and enterprises, with good market prospects and high economic benefits.at present, the project has completed the construction permit and slotting, and the foundation is being poured, and it is striving to be put into production one month in advance.” Zhu Chenyin is full of confidence in the future of the development of Bohuan’s conveying equipment project.
