The layout of high-standard production equipment is reasonable. The environmental protection facilities are neatly arranged, and the employees are focused and busy.
“In early August, our Bohuan Conveyor Machinery Co., Ltd. opened for trial production. Due to the impact of the epidemic prevention and control, we did not hold any opening ceremony. The capacity utilization rate reached 100% before.” Wu Jiangao, deputy general manager of the company, told the author. Wu Jiangao also told the author that Jiangsu Bohuan Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing center of Jiangsu BOOTEC Engineering Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in 2007,BOOTEChas been focusing on supplying production and service of boiler ash and flue gas fly ash conveying system equipment for the waste incineration industry, it is a professional enterprise in the bottom ash and fly ash handling system that started earlier in the domestic waste incineration industry. At present, BOOTEC has a professional R&D center in Wuxi and two manufacturing plants in Xingqiao and Changdang towns, Sheyang, Yancheng. and BOOTEC is in the leading position in the national ranking in the field of waste incineration power generation.
According to Mr. Zhu Chenyin, chairman of Jiangsu BOOTEC Engineering Co., Ltd., due to the company’s expansion in the sludge, metallurgy and factory logistics industries, the factory’s production capacity is far from meeting the needs of business development. In May last year, the company planned to Xingqiao Town of the county invested 220 million yuan in the new bohuan conveying equipment project, including 65 million yuan in equipment investment, 110 acres of newly acquired land, a total construction area of 55,000 square meters of newly built standard workshops and ancillary facilities, and newly purchased shot blasting paint products. There are more than 120 sets of pay-off systems, leveling machines, laser blanking and cutting machines, welding robots, electric welding machines, hydraulic cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines and bending robot mobile spray booths. After the project is completed, it can produce 3,000 sets of conveying equipment per year. It is estimated that the annual billing sales will be 240 million yuan, and the profit and tax will be 12 million yuan.
“Our new Bohuan conveying equipment project has three major advantages. First, the equipment is domestically leading. The project is aligned with well-known Italian brand products, and the production equipment has a high degree of automation. Second, the output scale is huge. After the project is completed, it will become the largest scraper conveyor production base in China; third, the products are used in large-scale projects and enterprises, with good market prospects and high economic benefits. Since the new factory was put into production, orders have increased, and the market prospects are good.” Talking about the future of the Bohuan conveying equipment project, Zhu Chenyin said that the second phase of the project is under design and construction can start within this year.
