The water-cooled screw ordered by the customer, the cooling function of the material is realised by the cooling of the shell and the cooling of the screw shaft, which is applied to the cooling and conveying of catalyst material. The project requirement is that the incoming material is cooled down from 92°C to 30°C, and our team has tested the specific heat capacity of the material many times, and adjusted the internal flow path of the water-cooled jacket through experiments many times, which finally meets the customer’s requirement.
