BOOTEC has two production bases: Shengliqiao Factory and Xingqiao Factory.Within our 101,100 square meters facility, BOOTEC has extensive capabilities. We are a totally self-sustained manufacturing facility complete with machine shop and steel fabrication. We can manufacture conveyor screws and assemblies as small as 50mm diameter to as large as 4000mm diameter, bucket elevator up to 100m high and with a capacity of 500t per hour are available.
SHENGLIQIAO FACTORY
Shengliqiao Factory was built in 2011.It covers an area of about 24600 square meters, with a workshop area of about 12000 square meters. It mainly produces standard scraper conveyors for domestic market projects.
XINGQIAO FACTORY
Xingqiao Factory was built in 2019. It covers an area of about 76500 square meters and a workshop area of about 50000 square meters, mainly producing overseas and non-standard conveyors. Xingqiao Factory has adopted many automatic equipment and production lines to build a modern and intelligent conveyor production base. It mainly produces customized conveyors and bulk material handling equipment for oversea market projects.It has 18m*6m*4m long sandblasting room and 19m*7m*4m painting room.
